Unpopular Opinion: The USA is the best country in the world

@Isadora05 Well, I did it say it was an [i]opinion[/i], so of course you're entitled to your own. But lets not be too overdramatic, are you saying that technically the US has less freedom than North Korea, all Middle Eastern countries, China etc.

There's freedom of movement, sure. But, there's also freedom of speech, freedom of information etc. Plus, what actual qualms do you have with the judicial process? If the trials are fair, then that just means a higher percentage of individuals commit crimes in America. That hardly has anything to do with freedom. Everyone agrees in certain situations (crimes), it is right and moral to punish people.

@Isadora05 You'd be surprised. For example, cities have higher crime rates than towns including per-capita. Furthermore the more populated the city, the higher levels of crime proportionally as well. So, a bigger nation has more cities and each city is going to be greatly populated. What will that lead to? More crime per-capita.

When people are cramped together they're more likely to do illegal acts, especially against each other.

@TheProphet btw north korea has a population of 25.5M and about 150,000 people in prison, which is still less percentage of the population than United States’s 21 million prison population out of 325 million
