@TwiddlerofThumbs that’s why I usually offer to buy food instead of giving them money, and this coming from a reformed addict too, if you’re going to be an addict then you should support your own habit. I worked to support mine.

@monimathu Oh. Mine is a 63 year old woman who lives in my neighborhood in a house with no windows because it partially burnt down and she doesn't have the ability to finish the remodel.

The other is a 75 year old man who works at the baseball stadium during the baseball season. He wears adult diapers that he cant afford so he always stinks like pee and has accidents. He and his wife live in a homeless shelter, shes disabled, as they have been on a housing list for more than 3 years.
If I could give them a place to live, I would.
They can't afford their medications.

I also give money to my local homeless shelters every month.
