Does a young adult boyfriend(23) still living at home have to pay for the contraceptive pills, doctor's appointment fees of his 19 y/o girlfriend ?

If they are old enough to have sex and be adults that way then they need to get a job and pay for their own contraceptives and they both should pay half. It wouldn't hurt either one to have a part time job and pay a small amount of rent to their parents. My parents charged me a very small amount if rent when I was home from school and working the summer. My dad put it in an account and matched it every month. When I was ready to move out on my own my dad handed me the cash that I had paid them, along with their match. I had enough for deposits and even bought some decent used furniture with it.
