Do we call people who tries hard to be another race from their own racist?

I think it depends on where the self hate comes from. A lot of times, when someone grows up in an environment where he/she is a different race than everyone around them, theyre prone to bullying and planted seeds of self hatred....sort of like a form of Stockholm syndrome @Prettybrat
