Who's the most likeable, over-the-top person you know? What makes them over the top?

A coworker of mine. He's a big tall guy, booming voice, always cracking jokes, always smiling. The way he tells stories he gets very animated and starts going to town with the different voices and the hand gestures. Guy has a ton of personality.
