Nope. Because they are making increasingly impossible. at work for example we use web based systems. Or systems linked to the internet.
Most phones these days require a magnitude of updates as well. Therefore internet is needed to make full use of the device you paid for.

Realistically speaking, yes. Everyone can. It’s not food, it’s not water and nor is it oxygen. Those 3 things are the very pillars to survival. Take the first two away for a long period of time and you’ll die. Take the last one away and you’ll die instantly. Take away the internet and the most you’ll lose is entertainment or sanity. Sure I’d be pissed but I don’t need the internet to survive. Nobody does.
