Is there anything you've done that you're really proud of, but would never tell anyone you know?

When I was 12 (and up) my big sister was an alcoholic and later a drug user. I took care of her. Bathe her, dress her, feed her, and let her cry to me about how bad our life was, even though I knew she was the one causing our bad life, until she went to sleep. I have been homeless with her, to make sure that she would be ukay. I couldn't leave her like that. I stopped her times from committing suicide and self harm.
I had many talks with her, to make her do better in life. I feel like I kind of raised her, haha. But finally, she is better now. Back in school, looking for a job, and needing to do better.
It almost seems unreal.

Yeah that kinda sucks Caramella. You shouldnt have to feel you need to dumb yourself down to make someone feel better about themselves.

The last guy I loved. I was pretending sometimes that I don't know the meaning of some of the technical terms so he wouldn't feel so threatened by my knowledge. Made him feel better

Well thats pretty awesome of you to do! :) Most wouldnt go that far. It sucks that situation happened, but i greatly admire you for doing that! :)

Yeah kind of ironic. Although, youre not dumb by doing it. We all do things we regret for the people were attracted to. :)

Well the things I'm proud of, the people close to me already know. I get uncomfortable talking about it though
