Freezing. You can bundle up to get warm. It is harder to cool down.

I have lived in both extremes. Down to -50 and as high 125. I passably survived - 50 and I near died at 125.

The key to cold weather is layers. Even for your hands.

I cannot stand being hot. I like being cool all of the time.

freezing, considering that I could put on layers of clothing/jackets or coats. If you're sweating, can't do much.

Sweating usually indicates HOT weather which I hate so...freezing.
