I noticed that people don't care if a lie is exposed long after...

Often throughout history and even in recent times, many people even after discovering they've been lied to by government, religion, business, etc., they seem to not give a shit at all. Either they just dismiss it as something that happened a long time ago or they fake it by claiming they knew all along when they never did and pretending to save face. Now obviously this doesn't apply where people discover they've been betrayed by someone they know, but for tragic events that don't impact them or mass propaganda they could care less. Like a lot of information that's now considered factual or mostly true about the plandemic were once regarded as cOnsPiRaCy ThEoRiEs, and anyone spouting those were against science. Meanwhile the experts themselves actually knew and believed it from the beginning, but chose to suppress it and/or change their minds.

If it’s something personal and won’t make any difference in my present why would I care.

What's done is done. What's gone is gone. One of life's lessons is always moving on. It’s okay to look back to see how far you’ve come but keep moving forward.

@Bleak You might want to wait until the day you find whether or not you're still mentioned in their will. 🤭
