Why do older people complain about younger people having no manners, when they don’t have any themselves?
Like I had a customer earlier who I greeted “Hello, how are you?” And she looked like she wanted to stab me, and she never responded. She asked me questions rudely, and interrupted me every time I tried to answer. She then mentioned to a customer behind her who forgot their bag, that she will give them one and scoffs about how the younger generation never helps.
Like girl, you were so impolite to me and I’m rude because… how?

@666Maggotz In no way am I defending her behavior, but neither is it OK for you to call me names like that. If someone has no manners and calls other people out for that.....you see where I'm going with this.
@666Maggotz Ok, fair enough. I can see where there was a miscommunication. Bad manners are bad manners, age has nothing to do with it. The lady you spoke to sounded like a horror show. When I have a phone call like that to make, I usually say "I'm upset, but not at you" to the customer service person.
