I Believe In Common Courtesy

I know people have busy lives.

I was brought up with manners which seem to be lacking these days.

I was taught that when you tell someone your going to do something you do it.

To say thank you when someone does something nice.

Your welcome goes along way.

Your word is your bond.

I haven't met many people that are like this. It is frustrating.

So when I text you how hard is it to answer? It doesn't take long. A little common courtesy please. I took the time out of my busy day to let you know you were on my mind, your important. Is it asking to much for you to acknowledge my text?

I agree with everything you said up until the texting part. It's technology in my opinion why this world is going to shit, and why people don't communicate that well anymore. If people ignore it, there's probably a reason why. Whether that reason is legitimate or not is personal. There could be LOADS of reasons why someone doesn't answer a text, or answer it right away. We can agree to disagree. If you text or phone me and ask me for something and I do it . I think its only polite to answer back. You have to go home sometime. It's really not that hard to say hi , thank you, busy, chat later.

When the person gets around to it yes i'll agree but I don't feel that it's a huge deal either, especially if you're gonna be meeting the person, or in touch with them soon anyway. We live in a world now where people get pissed if people don't reply right away or within a few min. The real world doesn't work that way, it just doesn't and I hate to break it to you but that sort of thing isn't gonna change.

Yes I agree with you that we live in a world of wanting instant gratification.
This is all do to technology. Being able to reach someone anytime any where.
Thanks for your view on this. Something for me to think about and remember.

I guess I am going to have to work more on this in my life so I don't get upset or disappointed.
