@ScreamingFox if you are doing your best, that's all you can do, breathe, forgive yourself.... If you do wrong by the kids, ask how you could have done different, ask their forgiveness, tomorrow is a new day...

@ScreamingFox parenting doesnt cover everything in a book and even for those with help we don't always get it right. This is also a work in progress. We all try our best for our kids which is all we can ever do so dont beat yourself up so much.
