in the day to sleep !,never at night! just myeyes wont close till morning ! before i was sleeping after dawn now i cant till morning and how to deal with that !

@popmol yes indeed ,i know..because of the wheather ,its so hard ..the appartment is actually burning through the day and very hard at night..you start to feel alittle good after dawn!
