Im not sure if it was a true report,but i heard some fire trucks were coming down from Oregon and they ran into a problem like this with their emissions ????

@Ramrod Oregon's DEQ emissions program was the first in the nation, BECAUSE of calis massive smog issues, and has always been far more strict than cali's program.
