I used to think that success just came from hard work. You need to make money.

Now that I’m older I’ve realized that much of the success one strives for is internal. There’s no greater success than long term happiness, particularly with your wife and children.

Money is just a means to an end. It does make life easier, but it generally does it at the cost of “time”. More money, less personal time… it’s an individual decision how much you want to commit to create your own personal success.
