@Jenny1234 The traditional dish uses ground chicken liver, but I use ground beef or ground turkey, green onions, and it can be made the Cajun way with lots of peppers and heat, or with Creole spices and chopped tomatoes. Sometimes I also add andouille sausage, but this time I didn’t.
