My last light bulb moment came in May of last year when I realized that, while I had often commented that I was “gayer when drunk”, I was actually gay and really only sexually attracyed to men and not to women. Even though I could appreciate the beauty of a female body, I had no actual sexual attraction to women and didn’t desire to have sex with them.

@Primnproper Yeah, I considered myself bisexual for many years. I’m married to a woman who I love dearly, but we haven’t had sex in many years. She’s my besy friemd, but I don’t want to have sex wit her (which is fine, because she doesm’t want to have sex with me either. She’s known that I considered myself bisexual wen we married, and she’s the best friend I’ve ever had....but we’re noy sexually attracted to one another.
