If We Met What Would Be The First Thing You’d Ask Me?

@blackarcher256 anywhere with a good meat menu or just fish n chips out of paper sitting watching the ocean.

@Primnproper I’d choose sitting by the ocean….But I’d cook. How does oven-baked, Parmesan encrusted, Tilapia; homemade coleslaw with home-grown, vine-ripened cherry tomatoes; and potato salad sound?

@Primnproper That’s one of the meals friends a family request when they come over during the summer. If I have it, instead of Tilapia I use fresh caught walleye. I also add just a little red pepper and and seasoned Panko to the Parmesan to give it just a little spice and crunch. I also dip the fish in melted butter instead of an egg wash.
