@NativePortlander1970 that actually sounds quite nice and I only eat blue cheese normally in sauces. Lol
@Primnproper I discovered it by happy accident when I was eight in 1978 at a pizza/chicken buffet salad bar, I wasn't looking when I dipped the thousand island ladle into the blue cheese for a second scoop and didn't notice until my first bite, I was hooked.
