When do age gaps become a problem?

Age gaps become a problem when one day you wake up to discover that you are an old guy who's being pushed around town in a wheelchair by a very young woman who use to have sex with you and who always looked 20 years younger than you did no matter how young you felt yourself.
Or, you are the very young woman who's pushing an old guy around town in a wheelchair who always looked 20 years older than you did no matter how much he tried to look younger, whom you use to have great sex with compared to those younger guys your own age who were still learning, but now you're the chosen one who's changing his diapers 4 times a day which you carry in a diaper bag slung over your shoulder and you realize that he doesn't remember any of it.
