When do age gaps become a problem?

Assuming each party is an adult. Where would you draw the line?

There's nothing wrong with happy, innocent age-gap relationships between consenting people(intentional word choice). People don't need government's permission to date. A case can be made for parental approval. Parental approval is a better and more valid idea than invalid, arbitrary legal lines that shouldn't exist, have no right to exist and only exist to violate young people's rights.
@AJS30 "consenting people"? Not consenting adults?
