Race Blindness in a Sense

Why cant we all just think this way when dealing with others? Like people are people and individuals. Cant we just look at people as individuals and not as like a member of a race? Its not like everyone knows and or is influenced by the whole of their race. Especially in America where its a mix of peoples with different backgrounds. I mean sure we can all have preferences just like favorite colors. That is allowed. Why do people have to hate? They dont.

I like people's individuality, and race is a definitely a part of that.

Hate has no place in our lives what so ever. It should never be fostered, taught or encouraged.

@Iwillwait maybe a small part unless theyre like conceited or full of themselves somehow

@Penny unless they're conceited? So if someone is conceited, you are ok to hate them? Please forgive me, I'm not following your comment.

@Iwillwait no. If their race is such a big part of their individuality then they must be very proud of themselves for being whatever race. Maybe this is just in the case of the US where theres a real mix.

@Penny I am not sure. Our country has quite a bit of diversity, and there is still people who hate based on many different things, race included.
