Should anti-charity organisations be made illegal?

And should a new charity tax be introduced?

This tax would be between 5% of a businesses gross profit and the money collected would be paid out to charities in the form of grants

Pretty sure the definition of anticharity is very vague & subjective. Personally, I think it makes more sense to just get rid of the charity tax write-off and use the revenue raised to provide services through the government, itself.
