Do police kill black people more frequently than white people?

I hear the stories of police brutality and just finished up the hate you give by Angie Thomas.,this question is specifically for black Americans do you feel safe interacting with the police and navigating the world especially in neighborhoods where you are in the minority? Also how do you feel about countries like Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda and others opening their doors to African Americans to live there permanently and would you take advantage of such an opportunity to start over?
