Take care of yourself

The stigma against therapy in the black community is one that needs to go , get the help if you need it and have the access.
I have a therapist family member I just call n vent there. A lot of it is making u find the best answer they just guide u there with questions. Basically the power is in you.

@AfroDOS I mean, everyone is expecting from everyone else to having attained some kind of therapy. From a certain viewpoint this is sad.
What you are experiencing, is on the other edge, being shamed for choosing therapy.
I'm telling you, it's pretty popular nowadays for others to shaming you for not having undergone therapy.
