I Believe Maturity Comes With Experience, Not Age

Well, yes and no. You can have an old age, and still you may not be mature enough. So it is lack of experience and a broader vision of life. But on the other hand you can be young but have too much experience, but that doesn't guarantee your maturity, because maturity is a cumulative thing, it needs time. So all of a sudden you may end up having lots of experience and no maturity, and you don't know what to do with it and misinterpret a lot of things.. And the worst thing is it shows :)

I think the experiences also need to be coupled with intelligence and insight. Someone who doesnt observe and think will never learn half of what an intelligent person will learn through an experience.

you are right.. I always believe emotions are at the same level at any age, but with maturity you learn to control them. ignore them. or just let them capture you. 🙂

absolutely right, open your eyes wide and learn from experience, use your brain. otherwise you are only in a stream, watching, life is passing by.

It's the constant change, many don't know how to control their maturity with emotions.
