Warnings of a Defined Nature

I'm not here a lot.
I'm not looking or needing any validation, sympathy, or understanding.

I come..., I type..., I log out...

I have less than a handful of people here that I've known for a decade or more and I sometimes respond to them.

I do not seek to openly ignore or demean anyone by way of a lack of reply or reaction to things that are said on my posts.

I have a complicated life filled with all kinds of things that keep me far too busy to cultivate or maintain normal friendships here. But that is not to say that I am unfriendly.
It just says that my real life will always trump this half world of people that never use their real names or say things that actually matter in more than just some passing manner.

If you have ever received a reply or a message from me it's because I care in my own fashion and only want good things for you. It means I've appreciated you in some way that will eventually turn out to be meaningless in your real life.
If you've never gotten either from me there's a good chance that it means exactly the same with a little less intimacy involved.
