I Believe Age Doesnt Define Maturity

In a way I agree with this. Some of the most immature people I have met are older and should know better. Then again maybe they realize that life isn't about taking it so seriously and being themselves despite social standards.

On factor in maturity is life-experience. Some folks experience hardships or exciting life adventures at an earlier age...others never experience until years have past. Still, age is indeed a factor as well...but not the ONLY factor.
