Trying to speak like Nietzsche and Rilke

We are chaos borne of a star
You will forever be my true one by far

Melting with your uniqueness
In those eyes I find such sleepiness

And to a new dawn we breathe
From a lost and forgotten world to leave

It has some Rilke-like imagery, especially the cosmic, inward-looking quality—star, dawn, breath, forgotten world.

Nietzsche tends to be sharper, more paradoxical, philosophical, and unsettling. Rilke is more fluid and contemplative.

Yours is closer to a Rilke. 😊

@CookieCrumbs True Nietzsche was an attempter, and Rilke could reflect more on things, the literature on both huge but bigger for N. For me N. is best for his psychological observations, his order of rank and stuff like that, I could easily leave, he was just beginning a whole process of modernizing the human soul, Rilke took it much further.

You are sooooo very familiar with them. It’s enjoyable to read your insights.
Did you see the poem I wrote as a reply to you.. on my post?
