I Believe Actions Speak Louder Than Words

Yes actions speak so much more than words. I have friends , with good intentions, but always fall short on helping me out. I know they mean well when they say they will help but in the end they either never show and don't call then later have a huge excuse of what happened. I still consider them friends just fair weather friends. They are around when things are smooth.
I do have a few friends that I can count on to the end. They may show up late or have to leave early but they do show and help.
