Mini Vows of Silence

These become handy to maintain a healthy self respect. There's times when i debase myself by going on and on. One of my traits is to speak as if i know all there is to know already, and it's too much of a hassle to clarify how i don't know, and sloppily i'll denigrate myself with disparaging adjectives, but what really puts me into place and into a learning groove is silence. I want my last years to be more meaningful, by letting the great works of literature speak to me, for me to when i speak of my own accord to be more substantial and less whimsical, unless a light mood is called for.
