I was hoping I get to be irresponsible and grieve this shit show of a world for more days.

But nope, not me.

I am tired of doing the right thing.

Depression isnt selfish in your case. Because some of it is burnout from giving all the time. : )

It probably isnt any consolation. But the guilt would eat you alive if you didnt do this. Its kids.. You sorta gotta care..😷

@Miram It is..I am fortunate in that while I have been depressed at times. ($h*t happens) I have never had to suffer real depression. I was able to keep pushing forward, step by step, until it passed..Look up Calvin Coolidge on "Persistence"😷
