Rain sensors are a few $ and Amazon can bring it to your door.

Or you can switch the sprinkling system off when you see it's raining outside.

Especially when the forecast calls for rain for the next days.

So why waste all that water drenching the street and your neighbors?

Yes, every one of them. And they all have these automated systems.

Rain is coming down, these things are coming at you sideways, usually hitting the crotch area.

@CookieCrumbs Haha. The worst are the systems designed to detect movement, like my dog, mistake it for a deer and then spray it to keep the "deer" away from their vegetation.
