Why Gen Z can't do simple things like tie their shoes, write in cursive, tell time and practice good hygiene?

Generative Al and short form content has cooked their brains, plus there's no discipline at school or home anymore. Teachers and parents have been complaining about this all over the country and schools keep lowering the standards. The zoomers are actually the first generation to have a collectively lower IQ than the last generation.

I want to end on a positive note here, so I'll say that there is a growing voice to ban generative AI and not allow smart phones at school. But we need to do a lot more to reverse this descent into idiocracy.
