What’s a lie everyone believes that annoys you the most?

What annoys me the most is people excusing bad behavior in public figures that they like but condemning it in public figures that they don't like.

@Justmeraeagain So true, the hypocrisy is off the charts! Can’t tell if it’s willful ignorance or sheer stupidity.

I don't know cuz some of it comes close to worshiping and I don't know what you can do when that happens?

@Justmeraeagain I fear that there’s nothing to be done short of deprogramming because a whole lot of the behavior seems to mimic those in cults.
