What I did to be safe.

There was an all concrete and metal room and there was a bunk bed and the 2nd bunk was like 5ft 1/2ft tall and there was a L shaped piece on them to keep the Matt's in and I was going to jump off the upper one and I was in an almost squating position on the 2nd bunk trying to stand up on it and then I jumped off of it and landed without getting hurt and I fully landed with my feet on the floor. I think that if I were to have messed up in it I would be dead. I am 27 yrs old. I weigh 168lb and I am 6ft tall. This was 50/50. The L shaped piece was like 2in 1/2in tall I had to jump over. This happened when I was 23yrs old.
