Can you help me get my normal american citizens rights back without any punishment for this arkansas?

I live in arkansas and my fines are a class c felony 3 to 10 yrs in prison and a couple misdimeaners and my bond is 2500 dollars and I don't want to work in prison and it was because I believed that I could gamble for my life and now I believe that it is unreadable because it is like water droplets falling off a tree branch without any of life's control and it is all of ours or it goes to nothing and that may be right for any type of gamble like not knowing if you are going to win or lose mother nature takes it and it is unreadable all you know is it is there and this is proof that there was no reason for me to commit the crimes they got committed all on accident, I need you to call the cops to this address and tell them what is going on if you feel sorry for me this was on accident and they said that I am under competency restoration and I don't want to do it.
