american healthcare has been broken a long time...can it be fixed??

I live in Canada and we have free health-care and its horrible. Long waits, takes months for surgeries, peple dying in the hallways of emergency rooms. We spend the most on health care and have the worst service in the G20

The ACA subsidized health care but by not making it mandatory it ended up being underfunded. Everyone has to conteibute to make it wirk but the coats also have to be managed better.

Just curious, what countries healthcare system actually works, and why?
