What I did with a gun that could have been very dangerous to me that can go to stop aging

I took a homemade pistol that had like as much smokeless powder as a 45acp and then I put a 12gage buckshot pellet that was like 9mm into it and it had like a 7in barrel and then I shot at a metal pan thinking that it would go threw it from like 10ft away and then it hit it and then I looked at it and it put a dint in it and the pan was like 3mm thick and I am lucky the pellet didn't hit me because I felt recoil off the gun and I believe that it hit it pretty hard and I didn't get hurt doing it and I quit doing it. This happened 5 yrs ago. I had a t shirt and shorts and shoes on I didn't have any protective equipment on. I am 27 yrs old.
