Are you ever amazed at how disappointed you can be in someone?

In the last few years, I've lowered my expectations of people's behavior. A LOT. It's become apparent in the last few days though, I've not lowered them quite enough. *sigh*

I learned a long time ago to never set high expectations for anyone, you'll spend a lot less time being disappointed/let down. I prefer to start low and be surprised by their effort than start high and be annoyed by it...🤔

Also, try to avoid putting yourself in a position where your success/accomplishment is reliant on someone elses...
