How to stop comparing yourself to your much hotter friend?

I need some real advice. I have this one friend who is legitimately stunning like model-level beautiful and I can’t stop comparing myself to her every time we hang out or when I see her pics. It’s starting to mess with my head and I hate feeling this way because I love her and she’s done nothing wrong. How do you stop the comparison spiral when the difference feels so obvious?

You’re thinking only about the blessing, not the curse. You may not have a clue what she deals with. Imagine every single asshoke that thinks he has a shot pestering her. And, some don’t take “no” easily. An old ex of mine had that problem. Just watching it was painful and I’m chill af. They’d walk right up and talk to her even with me there. Now admittedly I was a dozen years older. Perhaps they just thought I was a friend.

Just be careful what you wish for. What I noted is just one problem. There are many more…
