How to stop comparing yourself to your much hotter friend?

I need some real advice. I have this one friend who is legitimately stunning like model-level beautiful and I can’t stop comparing myself to her every time we hang out or when I see her pics. It’s starting to mess with my head and I hate feeling this way because I love her and she’s done nothing wrong. How do you stop the comparison spiral when the difference feels so obvious?

If you had a good friend who thought she was ugly because she wasn’t beautiful like someone else is, how would you respond?

…now why can’t you do that for yourself? You’re just as worthy as love because you are beautiful in your own way just like that good friend you can imagine.
