How to stop comparing yourself to your much hotter friend?

I need some real advice. I have this one friend who is legitimately stunning like model-level beautiful and I can’t stop comparing myself to her every time we hang out or when I see her pics. It’s starting to mess with my head and I hate feeling this way because I love her and she’s done nothing wrong. How do you stop the comparison spiral when the difference feels so obvious?

Comparing ourselves to someone else is never going to end well, as you're sadly finding out.

You're beautiful in your own right, and you should always try and remember that whenever you see your friend, rather than letting those thoughts enter your mind.

(I know this is all pretty generic advice, but it's the best i can think of).
