Kent.

Actually the parish I live in. At least 7 generations of one side of the family have lived here.

On my mum's side a family "legend" is that they were Huguenots who came here when persecuted.

@OldBrit A good friend came here from Kent. She married an American and has lived here for about 35 years now. Her father comes to visit periodically. The last time he was here I played some Elgar for him on the piano. 😊

I'm a man of Kent. It's based on which side of the River Medway you were born in Kent.
