Yes. But that's not a problem, we lie.
Perry1968 · M
@Roundandroundwego Ah well. You cant help it. Lie about what?
Roundandroundwego · 61-69
@Perry1968 the name of the old country and who killed it and why. How we were removed and what that was like.
All twenty three million of us do that, but some have tattoos that give them away.

@Roundandroundwego ohhhh kayyyyyy. Still dont know what you mean but i.ll go with the last few hundred years and not since the earths begginings.
Roundandroundwego · 61-69
@Perry1968 no, 1861 our country was excised from the map and another country lives there. You could know, but genocide is normal for you! You choose genocide okay. You are in the majority, that's safe,!
Perry1968 · M
@Roundandroundwego Ok. So what country do you mean when you say "our"?

@Roundandroundwego If you'd have started with specifics then id have guessed which period in particular you were talking about. Im no fan of genocide. Then ones that have happened over the years/centuries certainly aren't my fault. Nor yours. The post was about bloodlines. Not how those bloodlines came to be. I know some of my bloodlines like many here. I very much doubt many know why (apart from relatives from those regions) how that came to be.

@Perry1968 I intentionally don't educate anyone off the bat! I count up the non knowing, the no say that name! people, the never ever know one genocide - so far that's everyone but me, one great uncle forced from Trieste by fascists, and a person who rode away from the Catastrophe in Palestine in 1948. Three who say dozens of names of the old countries! And everyone else. You're else. Like normal. That's not okay with me.

@Roundandroundwego I was born in 1968. I hold no fault whatsoever as to what your ancestors went through. I can empathise. Mine no doubt went through horrific times too. What am i supposed to do about that? The post held no relation to genocide/s. Everyone had a answer. You too i suppose although your answer went off the tracks into something none of us in this period of time can do anything about. I nor anybody here haven't the power to make sinister opinions to bring about genocides or decisions that make a whole region suffer. Try writing your thoughts to your local MP/council/govenor etc. The title of this post was "Do you know your families origins" I gave away the meaning of what i meant by stating mine are/were Irish and southern French. I cannot answer for things that were never created by me. You need to search for ",higher powers" if thats what you seek. I doubt you.ll get a healthy debate on that subject unless you try doing your own post on it.

@Perry1968 we need to review history to even have a plan for the future.
Denial needs to end.

@Roundandroundwego I cant say i disagree with you. But, in a world FULL of division where would you even start?
Roundandroundwego · 61-69
@Perry1968 with each place. It's not too hard. But everyone has to go together. Out of the lies, into the light.

@Perry1968 like Hawaiian sovereignty proponents and the people with "trinacria" tatoos, I take the long view, and I know we will have to go home, eventually.

@Roundandroundwego Its a crazy world. I think it seems it always has been to a point.

@Perry1968 the long arc of history tends towards freedom and justice and understanding.

@Roundandroundwego I hope things change in that and many respect. The problem reaction solution tatctic seems to be a very real one. I dont declare to be awake but most people are blinded by the bliss of ignorance.
