@GuidanceCounselor That doesn’t make sense. Competency can‘t decide progress because you can’t be competent in something new, you need to learn it first. Plus progress isn’t something people decide. It’s something that „society“ decides.

@GuidanceCounselor That’s not something that can be measured. As soon as you put a metric on it, the opposite thing will happen. It’s something that has to happen from within. People need to want diversity for it to work.
