Relative and friends

I really don't know there was a time when I had a lot of people around me to talk to or listen to me ,, Then came a time when there were none . I got married and a new chapter started . Kids and all the stuff with wife and that's a random routine leaving kids to school . Now recently I am going through a very hard time . My social life is zero unemployed right now and obviously I have only one friend left which lives abroad ..... Usually talk to him on what's app or I just talk on internet with random people ... So where was I is it really Me or does anyone else is also facing this type of issue like only one person in your circle .
