am i inept because i worry a lot

i notice i'm worrying more now than i ever did, i think it's due to the times i live in now...i find it hard to have piece of mind and concentrate on my own little life, because there's so much going on around me in the world, in the news, in the media.

But beyond keeping you and yours safe There's not much you can influence the outcome of.
