Sometimes one must know the right action to take. Some things are not black and white. Sometimes catch 22.

@Jonjdw Yes i know. Its not up for debate no offense. I just like it personally. I have been a very complexed individual who subconsciously knew what may help, but just did not have the discipline to stick to what would help. Like millions of others.
