society is changing and i don't feel that confident about being in it
i have severe anxiety disorders, my confidence was undermined a lot in my youth, so now i have a lot of times where i don't feel great about myself....plus society in england is changing a lot due to immigration and i don't feel that comfortable about being away from my comfort zone and out in society, i'm not self confident, have bad anxiety and can easily get unsure of myself..
plus i have to go for an appointment at a hospital, which is far from me, this month, in an another area which is very diverse and multicultural....and with my problems i'm wondering how i'll cope with it?
